1st Shift Cycle Counter I
Job Summary： A Cycle Counter I is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy by managing and counting inventory items.
Responsibilities:
· Perform accurate cycle counts daily.
· Support inventory controls that improve inventory accuracy.
· Maintain the integrity of inventory and warehouse databases.
· Remain current on all standard work related to Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
· Support initiatives to reduce Obsolete and Slow-Moving Inventory (OSMI).
· Support initiatives to improve upon existing inventory policies and processes.
· Any other duties deemed necessary to support operations at Trane Technologies.
Qualifications:
· Problem Solving: Basic
· Analytical: Minimal Analytical Skills
· Computer: Basic knowledge of Oracle functions related to Cycle Counting.
· Communication: Average written and oral communication.
Key Competencies:
· Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver inventory for an entire shift.
