1st Shift Replenishment Material Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Material Coordinator to join our Catalog Materials Replenishment team. In this role, you will coordinate the replenishment of production materials from the warehouse to the production line, ensuring a steady supply of materials to meet production demands. You will work closely with drivers and order pickers, delegating tasks and monitoring the efficient movement of materials to support a smooth production process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating workflows within a warehouse or production environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the flow of production materials from the warehouse to the production line based on real-time demand.
- Maintain a continuous supply of materials to ensure minimal downtime in production.
- Assign tasks to drivers and order pickers, ensuring that materials are accurately picked, transported, and delivered to the correct production areas in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary contact between the production and warehouse teams. Communicate material needs, delivery timing, and any issues that may affect production schedules.
- Address any material shortages or delays quickly to avoid production disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the replenishment process and reduce material handling time. Collaborate with the team to implement process enhancements.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and oral communication within all levels of the organization.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid SC driver’s license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift and order picker.
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
