Account Manager
Delivers high quality customer service by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
Negotiates prices and delivery times within established limits of authority to close the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Works with the Sales Manager to establish short-term sales plans.
Supports the Product Manager to monitor, evaluate and maintain internal business process aligned with organization’s long-term & short-term sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Requires detailed product knowledge and thorough knowledge of client's business. Typically requires two to four years of experience.
Manages a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.
Key Competencies:
Interacts frequently with customers to educate them on product’s benefits and special uses.
