Location:

Onsite in Noblesville, IN

What you will do:   

·       Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for, and as an integral part of, all new product introductions and product enhancement programs, using advanced engineering techniques such as DFM / DFA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly), FMEA, 3P (Production, Preparation Process), 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma Methodology

·       Evaluate and implement innovative, cost effective, safe, manufacturing processes and techniques which will improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing operations and business systems

·       Develop manufacturing planning, initial tooling requirements and costs, capability requirements, control plans, and assessments, which facilitate the definition and specification of the manufacturing processes

·       Develop and implement manufacturing flow lines, work station layouts and organization, and station controls, which optimize value added operations, operating costs, and product / process quality

·       Integrate closely with various functional team members collaborating while enhancing design for manufacturability and ease of integration to manufacturing facility.

·       Provide support for the timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems. Serve as a resource for cause / effect analyses, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning. 

What you will bring: 

We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative team members who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus.

·       Must be currently enrolled in a BS/BA in an Engineering-major with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 throughout the duration of the program

·       Must be available to work Full-time for summer months

·       Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences

·       Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize tasks based on importance

·       Demonstrated leadership: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership on work projects

·       U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

 
Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $ 22.50-27.00

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
