Job Summary：
Airside Product Engineer to be responsible for customer order design meeting sales job requirements, and improve Bangkok in-line airside products competitiveness through product design cost optimization and quality improvement, as well as transfer China/Zhongshan airside products to Bangkok plant.

Responsibilities: 
    Deliver the design drawings and BOM according to customer order requirements for the airside products.
    Improve customer order design cycle time and design quality, through standardization common special requirements as standard offerings for airside products.
    Optimize product cost and quality to improve airside products competitiveness.
    Conduct workshop to study Trane airside products as well as competitor products to capture VAVE opportunities.
    Work closely with cross function team to deliver VAVE projects meeting QDC expectations following productivity project process.
    Track actual business results from released VAVE projects and take improvement actions when necessary.
    Transfer airside product designs from China/Zhongshan plant to Bangkok plant following product management plan.

Qualifications:
    5 years+ experience in HVAC engineering related jobs.
    Good airside product and key components knowledge is preferred.
    Familiar with critical component selection and structure part design for customized airside products is preferred.
    Familiar with VAVE project process and has independently lead project is preferred.

Key Competencies:

    Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
    Good knowledge in airside product structural design and system engineering, as well as air system applications.
    In-depth knowledge on mechanical design, BOM, engineering change management.
    Proficient in CAD design software’s (Pro-E, AutoCAD etc.).
    Solid skills in Microsoft Office software are required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.).
    Good interpersonal communication skills, positive can-do attitude and results-driven mindset are required.
    Good project management knowledge and skills will be preferred.
    Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.
