Job Summary：

In order to drive Thermo King (TK) business growth in Thailand, the technical support for both pre-sales application and aftermarket service demand from key accounts and end users are very critical function to support sales projects of Customer Order Design (COD) and special application in TK business.

Responsibilities: 

•          Provide product application Interface with OEMs and Technical supports for Key account’s projects

•          Lead and coordinate the pre-sales application of Truck & Trailer projects cooperate with Product Manager, Engineering and Operations.

•          Make solutions to solve field problems issued from pre-sales and aftermarket service

•          Provide basic technical support training to Truck & Trailer sales team for their professional application communication with OEMs and End users

•          Review and approve products application, Customer Order Design (COD) for Truck and Trailer order before application and contract approval

•          Solid troubleshooting skill for bus/Truck & trailer problem solving.

•          Other responsibilities required by management team according to Truck &Trailer business development and growth

Qualifications:

•          Bachelor degree major in refrigeration or related engineering

•    Good interpersonal skill

•    More than 3-5 years’ service or related application experience

•    Strong trouble shooting skill

•   Customer orientated thinking.

•   Automotive industrial or refrigeration with electric work experience and knowledge.

     • Good English reading and writing.
