We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle R12 Financials to join our dynamic team in CHVAC.

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP R12 Finance Module Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with a focus on the Finance module, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Advance Collections, Costing ), and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions for our finance and accounting processes and integration with third-party systems to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

 

 This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. We are looking for an individual with over 15 years of extensive experience in Oracle R12 implementation and support, with deep understanding of accounting flow in various modules of Oracle R12 EBS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Oracle R12 Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Item Costing).
  • Analyse business requirements and map them to Oracle ERP solutions for financial operations, ensuring that the solutions meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and business analysts) to ensure effective integration with other modules like Procurement, Order Management, and HRMS.
  • Provide expertise in system configurations, setups, and troubleshooting of the Finance module within Oracle EBS R12.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and testing for Oracle ERP Financials implementations.
  • Perform functional configuration and provide guidance during the development of customizations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and execute functional test cases, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and support users during the go-live phase.
  • Maintain system documentation and train end-users on Oracle Finance modules and related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate policies.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with a focus on the Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Collections, Item Costing).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes within Oracle ERP systems.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing the Oracle Financials modules and integration with other modules.
  • Experience with implementation, upgrades, and support projects for Oracle ERP R12.
  • Proficient in business process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and lead teams through system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL, BI Publisher, and other Oracle-related technologies is a plus.
  • Oracle ERP R12 Financials certification is highly preferred.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Computer Science or CA with Oracle Experience
