Responsibilities

·       directed by planning

o   performing (preventive) maintenance on Trane equipment

o   independent troubleshooting of Trane equipment

o   start-up of Trane equipment

o   providing planned breakdown services

o   performing assembly work

·       report to the Service department on the progress and quality of the work

·       keeping correct administration, such as inspection lists, work orders, time sheets

·       creating leads for Maintenance, Repairs (TBA), Rental and Parts

·       supporting fellow Service Technicians and customers

·       gaining and updating knowledge of technology and equipment

·       keeping the stock of materials in the service van complete

·       management of tools and the service vehicle

 

Regulations and safety

·       responsible for compliance with our EHS requirements

·       responsible for maintaining knowledge and compliance with national guidelines and legislation in the field of HVAC

 

Authorizations

·       creating leads for Maintenance, Repairs (TBA), Rental and Parts

·       troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up and revision for and on Trane equipment on behalf of the Deployer(s)

Job requirements

·       excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

·       broad technical knowledge in the field of air treatment, cooling, measuring and control technology of both Trane equipment and peripherals

·       full-time employment

·       valid driver’s license
