Where is the work:
This position has been designated as On-Site in Tyler, Texas
What you will do:
- Create detailed test plans and test cases for system, integration, and automated testing.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and automated testing to verify system performance and functionality.
- Detect, document, and track software and system defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Verify product defect fixes in various releases.
- Ensure proper integration of software and hardware components, and validate system interfaces.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure systems meet required performance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results, and defect reports.
- Perform software updates and support Lab Test Requests
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Assist in evaluating, planning, and implementing new testing technologies and automation tools for robustness and efficiency.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
- Ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience in engineering or related discipline along with strong knowledge on HVAC domain.
- Must understand and adhere to safety measures when working with electrical equipment.
- Should have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with others in writing and orally.
- Experience with automated testing is desired.
- Programming experience is desired.
- Experience testing and configuring embedded controllers is desired.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 54,000-105,000
Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US National Average. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
