Job Description for Associate Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET C# programming language
• Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Requirements

• Should have bachelor’s degree in engineering or Masters of computer application
• 6- 10 years of experience in windows application software development
• Hands on experience in .Net and C#. 
• Hands on experience in Windows UI development (Winforms or WPF).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Integrate and validate new product designs.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
