Outstation travel expectations for this role is estimated at approximately 25-30%, which will include international travel.
What will you do:
In this role you will:
· Execute a broad range of audit and compliance initiatives with guidance from senior team members and the EMEA management team
· Assist in the execution of audits including inquiries and interviews of stakeholder personnel, completion of substantive testing, analysis of applicable policies, procedures, and internal controls, etc.
· Develop technical skills in accounting, audit, information technology and other areas.
· Leverage data analytics and collaborate with other functions of Assurance & Advisory Services including IT Audit, SOX Compliance, and the global teams during audit projects.
· Prepare well-organized, concise, and accurate working papers.
· Analyze evidence, reach conclusions, and suggest recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
· Validate audit findings with business and functional personnel for inclusion in the final audit report.
· Support ad-hoc activities and projects as needed.
What you will bring:
2–3 years of relevant audit, consulting, or accounting experience (manufacturing sector experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of audit fundamentals, internal controls, and technical accounting principles.
Working knowledge of data analytics, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with audit tools is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively within a team, and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism.
A Chartered Accountant (C.A) qualification is mandatory.
