ATL- Automation Testing(Cypress/Robot)

Job Summary：

Looking for an Associate Tech Lead – Software Test who will be providing test support on the project agreements.

Responsibilities:

• To Analyze the Requirements, prepare test scenarios, and test cases.
• Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions and to test the functionality as per the Test plan and respective test cases.
• To Report & track bugs/Issues in bug/Requirement tracking tool.
• To understand testing issues/problems and take initiatives to resolve.
• To co-ordinate with team members and interact with various stake holders for updates.
• To Analyze the results of the test procedures and test scripts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technological experience
• 6+ years software testing experience, with a minimum of 3 years of automation experience
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and when certain strategies are recommended
• Ownership experience with a product development activity for distributed team preferred
• Passion for quality, learning, and personal growth

Key Competencies:

• Basic understanding of software testing principles
• Understanding of Agile Scrum principles
• Familiarity/experience with software test analysis and development desired.
• Familiarity/experience with test automation tools desired.
• Experience with creating, updating, and executing automated test cases using Selenium, Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Robot Framework or similar testing tools
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
• Strong database query skills using Postgres, Vertica, SQL Server, or similar technology
• Experience with Jira (preferred) or other test case management and defect tracking tools
• Experience with automated build/deployment tools, such as GitLab or Jenkins
• Experience with one or more of the following software languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#
