Where is the work:

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Forecasting support
  • Managing Internal & External communications
    • Including managing internal and external contact databases
  • Marketing support & Social Media
  • Support Customer programs - for National Accounts, customer programs etc.
  • Create, manage, and reconcile purchase orders, purchasing card, travel, and event purchases in accordance with SOW’s for Canada Leadership Team
  • Oversee Employee Wellness Programs and Purple Team Events
  • Produce Daily Sales Reports and other reporting as needed
  • Facilitate face to face and virtual meetings and trainings for customers and team members
  • Plan and organize promotional materials and marketing collateral
  • Other responsibilities as they arise.
Key Competencies:
  • 2-3 years marketing & office coordination experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce an asset
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English & French) an asset but not required.
