Where is the work:
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting support
- Managing Internal & External communications
- Including managing internal and external contact databases
- Marketing support & Social Media
- Support Customer programs - for National Accounts, customer programs etc.
- Create, manage, and reconcile purchase orders, purchasing card, travel, and event purchases in accordance with SOW’s for Canada Leadership Team
- Oversee Employee Wellness Programs and Purple Team Events
- Produce Daily Sales Reports and other reporting as needed
- Facilitate face to face and virtual meetings and trainings for customers and team members
- Plan and organize promotional materials and marketing collateral
- Other responsibilities as they arise.
- 2-3 years marketing & office coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce an asset
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English & French) an asset but not required.
