Canada Supply National Account Manager
Job Summary:
The National Accounts Manager, Canada Supply will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow sales of Trane Supply to Selected National Contractors and Accounts. You will be responsible for developing the strategy at the national, regional and customer level and implementation of that strategy to drive profitable growth. This role will work in conjunction with other teams and partners in other Business Units to secure and implement new national accounts. This role can be located anywhere in Canada with access to a international airport.
- Develop and lead strategy execution for parts and supply growth in partnership with Key Account Managers
- Work with local Sales Leaders and Account Managers to execute market-specific strategies
- Collaborate with functional leaders (product management, supply chain, engineering, marketing, and pricing) to develop solutions for assigned customers
- Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, industry trends, etc
- Create short and long-term sales pipeline for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews with both the local Account Manager and leadership at Trane Supply, as well as with the customers corporate leadership
- Four-year BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
- HVAC industry sales, service and/or marketing experience is a plus.
- HVAC experience working with large end users preferred.
- Experience managing program development and administration.
- Experience in national account management preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Base Salary: $85-130k plus commission & incentives
