The Role:
Contract Analyst, reporting directly to the Territory Leader, Contract Management, Trane Commercial North America.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Commercial Sales Offices in completion of essential bid documentation.
- Conduct review of all customer documents referred to the Contract Management department.
- Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with Company policy.
- This position will help our sales organization close more profitable business, while managing exposure to risks inherent with all bid and contract documents.
- Conduct initial review of customer agreement referred to department by both WorkSight and Sales Offices to determine method of acknowledgement of customer agreement.
- Analyze department metrics and complete quarterly report to Executive Management. Provide administrative support for the department.
Qualifications:
- Has strong knowledge of commonly used business concepts, practices, and procedures. HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Requires associate degree in business, legal studies, paralegal or related field. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience making presentations to large and small groups of people preferred.
- Ability to quickly read and understand complex contracts required.
- Ability to apply well-developed written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be able to apply well-developed personal computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment required.
- Must be able to meet short and long term deadlines and goals.
- Ability to exercise good judgment required.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $Base Pay Range: $52,000-108,000
