Country Service Leader
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
• Drive and achieve service operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
• Manage and closely monitor the team's performance against Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure readiness for continuous enhancement.
• Drive actions to attain a high level of customer satisfaction by interacting closely with customers to understand needs, offering value propositions, and delivering excellent service quality.
• Lead and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Uplift the team by advancing the development, continuous learning and engagement of individuals within the organization.
Qualifications:
• More than 10 years of working experience in HVAC technical function,
• Possessing relevant experience and a successful track record of managing service/ aftermarket solutions business coupled with a strong understanding of financial business principles shall be preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the HVAC market, are essential requirements.
• Knowledge of Building Controls/ Automation systems and Digital services will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have experience in leading teams, managing people (including coaching and training), and demonstrating strong influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English to communicate requirements with stakeholders effectively.
- Business and P&L Ownership (Advanced) Optimize the P&L, preferably service/ aftermarket business and grow profitably over time by taking an ownership mindset to actions and decisions, and collaborating across the extended value stream functions to make comprehensive choices
- Financial Analysis (Advanced) Understand financial indicators, ratios and measures across financial statements. Identify trends and patterns to generate meaningful insights, forecast and communicate unbiased, data-driven recommendations. Drive approved recommendations to completion.

- Strategy and Planning (Expert) Develop the short and long-term strategy for a product or portfolio, through leveraging robust market insights, identifying key initiatives, prioritizing high value opportunities, and developing a comprehensive product positioning strategy that supports profitable growth over time
- Customer Alignment (Expert) Deliver value in way that improves TT brand, market position and business outcomes while providing superior customer experience. Address customer needs and provide services that are mutually beneficial. Work collaboratively to link customers with other services/products and to provide more comprehensive solutions that pave way for customer loyalty, profitability and growth.
- Relationship Management (Expert) Discuss, agree, and manage employee, customer & stakeholder expectations through proactive, respectful, courageous and direct communication. Succinctly communicate and clarify benefits and implications of agreements and decisions to develop positive relationships and coordinate action. Anticipate challenges and barriers to meeting expectations and use problem solving to resolve conflict and ensure positive interactions.
