Where is the work:(Work location & Mode of work)
Onsite: This position has been designated as On-Site based in Chennai location.
What will you do:
Contact customers before their contracts or warranties expire to help them renew on time.
- Solve service problems to keep customers happy and maintain their agreements.
- Be the main contact for customers’ questions and requests.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and make sure their needs are met in order of priority.
- Work closely with the Technical Support Team and other colleagues to find solutions for customers.
- Offer and sell extra services like Trane Care Service, parts, and retrofits, as well as collect payments.
- Find new sales opportunities, write proposals, and help build strong relationships with customers.
- Support customers regularly to help them grow and stay loyal.
- Handle customer complaints by working with internal teams to fix issues quickly.
- Arrange regular meetings with customers and the operations team to resolve important or urgent matters.
- Learn about market trends and customer needs to set the best prices and sales plans.
- Prepare and review contract documents using Trane’s templates and present proposals to customers.
- Share feedback about competitors, customer needs, and market trends to help guide company decisions.

- Proactively keep in touch with customers to help renew their contracts and warranties on time.
- Listen to customer needs, solve problems quickly, and always provide excellent service.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships as the main contact for customers.
- Manage customer accounts and make sure their service needs are met efficiently.
- Work well with technical and internal teams to find and implement the best solutions for customers.
- Spot new sales opportunities, suggest extra services, and help the company grow through upselling.
- Stay organized by planning regular service reviews, keeping documents up-to-date, and tracking contracts.
- Solve customer problems by investigating issues and recommending effective solutions.
- Understand the market and customer needs to help set prices and share feedback about competitors.
- Stay committed to making customers happy, encouraging loyalty, and strengthening Trane’s reputation as a climate leader.
