Customer Support Admin
Job Summary: The Administrative and Customer Support Specialist at Trane Technologies® plays a crucial role in supporting both production and office environments through a variety of activities and responsibilities. This position can serve as the primary point of contact for all external and internal customers interacting with the business, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be versatile, creative, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They should be comfortable working both under direct supervision and with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities required for production or office environments.

Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Conduct simple analysis and problem-solving tasks.

Utilize computer systems for various tasks and projects.

Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Serve as the primary link to all other areas of the company for customers.

Make judgment decisions affecting processing and researching customer orders.

Communicate across the plant and with external suppliers or customers.

Support operations through creative and effective solutions.

Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
