Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work): This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Hyderabad location.

What will you do:

  • Regularly interact with consultants and customers to understand their needs, propose system-based solutions, and specify our products and solutions, thereby creating a market demand.
  • Provide techno-commercial support to consultants and customers during planning and drawing stages, working continuously until the tender is rolled out.
  • Arrange technical presentations and seminars for customers and consultants to discuss our products, services, and solutions, gaining project information at an early stage.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to develop custom-made solutions for different verticals like Pharma, Data Centre, Industrial, Retail, Office IT, and Infrastructure, improving sales capability.
  • Compile and update competition information, sharing with other zones to create a database.
  • Work with existing big-ticket customers regularly to explore future potential.
  • Conduct life cycle analysis and TCPA for various systems and configurations, helping consultants and customers determine the type and configuration of equipment.
  • Update consultants and clients on new developments in Trane and value-added offerings.
  • Work with the Government segment to increase brand awareness and position Trane products.
  • Develop an image as a product specialist among HVAC consultants and Project Management consultants, working on system configuration, ROI, and efficiency.
  • Be approached by the influencing community for inputs at an early project stage, increasing the chances of a spec-in and eventual job victory at the sales stage.
  • Work with key contractors for airside opportunities.

What you will bring: (Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Consultative selling approach: Skill in understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals, then recommending solutions that add real business value.
  • Technical and product Knowledge: Confidence in presenting HVAC systems, energy solutions, and sustainable technologies, while linking features to customer benefits.
  • Negotiation and closing skills: Capability to handle objections, create win-win scenarios, and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business development mindset: Proactively identifying new opportunities, prospecting clients, and expanding Trane’s presence in various industries.
  • Presentation and persuasion skills: Delivering impactful presentations, demos, and proposals that influence customer decisions.
  • Resilience and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a competitive market, meet sales targets, and adapt quickly to challenges.

Qualification:

  • 3+ Years relevant experience with B.E/B. Tech in any stream.
