Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.  

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content and delivering training for our CMSA/CBSA offerings, as well as supporting the increased demand for customer controls training classes. This role requires a deep understanding of our Digital CMSA/CBSA offerings and our most current controls products, including our Brain Box Platform. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trane University, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our training programs are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training content for CMSA/CBSA offerings as well as Digital controls training classes for internal and customers.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to a diverse audience, including customers and internal staff.
  • Partner with Digital Training Leader to serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trane University on Digital CMSA/CBSA offerings and the Brain Box Platform.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to stay current on the latest controls products and technologies.
  • Partner with Digital Training Leader to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions to meet those needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to ensure successful implementation of skills learned.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in digital controls and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in digital controls or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMSA/CBSA offerings and the Brain Box Platform.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital training tools and platforms.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
  • Certification in training and development or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with Trane products and services.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $

 

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
