Trane is hiring a Digital Improvement Co-Op in Louisville, KY. As a Digital Process Improvement Coop on our Great Lakes Region digital team, you'll dive into the exciting world of digital service management and process improvement, sharpening your skills in communication, organization, and data analytics. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, modernize the way Trane serves its customers, and drive efficiencies that enhance customer value. Where is the work:

Onsite: This position has been designated as On-Site in our Louisville, KY office.
 

What you will do: 

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in enhancing digital standard work processes to maximize value for internal and external customers.
  • Innovation: Find new ways of more efficiently executing standard work
  • Learn: Understand multiple Trane business streams and how to optimize where teams and processes overlap
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor digital services contracts through monthly reports, identifying performance anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and Expertise: Provide backup and assistance to digital program coordinators and team members, and act as a subject matter expert for digital contracts.
  • Documentation and Process Development: Create and maintain documentation for digital standard work and best practices, ensuring team efficiency and effectiveness.

  

What you will bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint, with a special emphasis on Excel for handling large data sets.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Expertise in coordinating multiple tasks and managing details efficiently to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously continuously reprioritizing with the support of a mentor and business leader.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and interact effectively with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen ability to notice and correct discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in digital agreements and data entries.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Proactive attitude and capability to work autonomously, initiating solutions without constant supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors / Masters degree in Data Analytics or Business. 
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: 

o   DUI in the previous 3 years 

o   Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. 

 

Compensation:  Base Pay Range: $21-25 per hour
