Role Overview: As the Sales Enablement Leader for Digital Services, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales and operational teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need exponentially grow in the Digital Services market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our training programs, creating impactful demonstrations, and enabling our sales and technical professionals to sell outcomes driven through data and insights throughout our North American and Latin American sales channels.

Where is the work: 

Virtual: 

This is a Remote position. 

 

What you will do:   

  • Lead Advanced Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for both sales and operational professionals, ensuring they are well-versed in our software solutions and sales strategies.
  • Create Standard Demonstrations: Develop and maintain standard software demonstrations that showcase the value and capabilities of our products to customers.
  • Deploy Digital Sales and Ops Leader Standard Work: Implement and manage digital sales and operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Support Regional and Customer Events: Collaborate with regional teams to plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Technical Sales Support: Assist in technical sales calls, providing expertise and guidance to clients to help them understand and leverage our software solutions.
  • Spec and Proposal Reviews: Review and provide input on specifications and proposals to ensure they meet customer needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Marketing Webinars and Speakerships: Support marketing initiatives by participating in webinars, speaking engagements, and other promotional activities to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Operational Process Improvement: Continuously update and improve operational process standard work to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

 

What you will bring: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Spanish at a professional level is required
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, consultative selling, and software implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Ability to travel across North America and Latin America as required (up to 70% travel).

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $150,100- 189,500 annually

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
