As the E-commerce Merchandising & Channel Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through various e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for converting traffic into sales, analyzing sales data, managing product listings, optimizing product pages for conversion, informing inventory decisions, supporting key accounts and account management, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new sales channels.
This person will be responsible for collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders within the Supply business unit and Trane Technologies overall.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as Hybrid and work will be performed at our Davidson, NC headquarters.
What you will do:
Optimize Product Listings and Merchandising:
o In collaboration with the Product Management, PIM and Marketing teams, manage and enhance product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and SEO optimization.
o Manage merchandising strategy to drive online penetration and conversion.
o Create/write high impact product descriptions and relevant customer facing information in collaboration with product management
o Conduct A/B testing to refine product pages and boost performance.
Convert Traffic into Sales:
o In collaboration with marketing, develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and convert visitors into customers.
o Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales funnels and improve conversion rates.
o Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze Sales Data:
o Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights.
o Provide regular reports on sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Key Account and Account Management Support:
o Provide support to key accounts and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Customer Experience Excellence:
o Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
Channel Development:
o Identify and develop new sales channels to expand our market reach.
Trends and Competitive landscape:
Stayed informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
What you will bring:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of driving online merchandising and sales.
• A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Experience with federated search or YEXT is preferred
• Deep understanding of metrics and the ability to apply them to e-commerce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 130,550-159,950
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
