EHS Manager
Responsibilities: Manages the development and implementation of the EHS management system. Ensures environmental health and safety policies are in compliance with current and future regulations and standards. Will also have to take on the role of RSPP, be able to relate to the Employer, the Corporate EHS dept. and external authorities
Key Competencies & Activities:
RSPP Form C certification and any five-year updates
Experience from 3 to 5 years in the role of RSPP in high-risk and high-impact manufacturing production contexts
Knowledge of management systems 231
Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 Consolidated Health and Safety Act
Strong knowledge of Legislative Decree 152/2006 Consolidated Environmental Act
Knowledge of authorization procedures
Knowledge of the pre-qualification procedures Art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/2008
Structural knowledge of EHS management systems
Practical knowledge of waste management (forms, loading/unloading registers, characterization analyses, disposal authorizations, etc.)
