Responsibilities:
| Manufacture tables, workstations, trolleys, tool holders, mistake proofing, accessories, ergonomic assists and any other device that helps improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity objectives. Modify existing equipment to improve its usefulness in the process and perform advance fabrication and welding activities. |
| Obtain 9SPS certification and solve problems related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity objectives |
| Develop Preventative Maintenance plan for shop equipment |
| Support 5S implementation and maintenance for RIE activities |
| Coach and support adherence and execution of Management of Change (M.O.C.) activities within the operation |
