Factory Operations Manager

This role will be working onsite at our La Crosse WI facility in one of two schedules--2nd shift M-F 4pm-midnight or Weekends Fri-Sun 6:30-6:30 and is a safety-sensitive position.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and control the production schedule.
- Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
- Determine the human resources and material resources required.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Ensure adherence to product quality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including materials, engineering, and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 5 years of Operations Experience
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean).

Base Pay Range: $110,000-130,000 annually
