Job Summary: Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current graduate students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders, and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management exposure generalist assignments, to grow capabilities in HR areas such as Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, and Diversity and Inclusion.

- Pursuing a BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
- Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Potential Projects:
- Review and update job data including title, classifications, and compensation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support Onboarding content creation for Store Managers and Store Team leaders to support competency-building for new people leaders
- Assist in conducting compensation reviews and analyses for Warehouse Technicians and other select populations to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
- Assist in Incentive Compensation program administration, implementation, and data analysis to ensure equitable and accurate practices
