Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Manage and oversee all US Domestic day to day relocation activities for the organization, including policy benefit review calls with candidates, oversight of policies, management and approval/denial of exceptions.
- Thorough knowledge of all policies benefits
- Manage HR/Talent Management training; communicate business responsibility, support and policy enforcement at all levels.
- Knowledge and continuing education of laws affecting relocation to manage and maintain a competitive, compliant program.
- Maintain industry knowledge, mobility industry certifications and continuing education of laws, economic pressures and trends, to maintain a competitive and compliant program.
- Interact with all levels of company management on issues surrounding relocation needs, including pre-decision calls with candidates and/or the business.
- Exception review, analysis, decision and reporting on all relocation and household goods issues.
- Ensure correct billing and cost allocation. Manage all processes for audit, analysis and payment of suppler charges to ensure 100% review and billing accuracy.
- Oversee a combined annual spend of approximately $15M
- Forecast and manage all program data, reporting and projected Company spend to establish annual GTMS POs with Executive Summaries as needed to support Sector activities.
- Analyze, calculate and communicate Relocation program costs for annual AOP planning
- Responsible for supplier management, accountability (KPIs) and contract adherence (multiple suppliers)
- Repayment/Collections services (relocation and tuition assistance) – manage the repayment process and work with our outsourcing partner to collect funds owed back to the company.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting relocation services, or related HR experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring contract adherence
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of company management
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
