Job Summary: At Trane Technologies, we challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting this mission by providing high‑quality, efficient HR administrative support. This role helps ensure a positive employee experience, supports HR operations, and partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Leaders to deliver timely and accurate HR services. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate, timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and tracking across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate activities related to benefits, compensation administration, and employee life‑cycle events.
  • Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre‑employment documentation as needed.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site‑level HR events.
  • Help ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment regulations.
  • Prepare HR documentation, correspondence, and presentations as requested.
  • Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

     


    Qualifications:

  • Prior HR support, coordination, or administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and support multiple stakeholders.
