HVAC Application Engineer

Trane Italia is looking for an HVAC Application Engineer (w/m/d) to join the team with a regular contract. Work location will be Trezzano (Milano).
Summary:
The Application Engineer is responsible for the selection and sizing of the units, according to the requirement of the specific application, and provides technical support during the various steps of the project, from early design to installation.
Responsibilties:
· Provides technical guidance and consultancy to Sales Engineers, Customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
· Prepares technical and commercial proposals for TRANE equipment as well as auxiliary equipment.
· Proposes innovative technical solutions, prepares basic schematics, and controls logic of advanced chilled/hot water plants.
· Provides technical support to the sales network on software and product updates.
· Prepares and delivers technical product presentations to the sales network.
· Carries out webinar and live seminars for Customers.
· Manages orders (technical and commercial terms)
· Updates internal CRM
· Will cooperate with different groups (Internally: Sales, Customer Care, and Externally: Designers, End Users, Contractors)
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering, preferably Thermodynamics / Mechanics or equivalent.
· First professional experiences (1-2 yrs).
· Willing to increase technical knowledge.
· Computer skills: Essential MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Languages: Italian, Fluent in English.
· Communication skills and ability to cooperate with different groups (e.g. customers, clients, etc.)
· Sales & Customer oriented skills. Working within the team.
