osition Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist for Rooftop HVAC Solutions is responsible for supporting commercial sales activities, preparing technical proposals, and providing product expertise to customers and internal teams. This role requires strong engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. The specialist will also play a key role in proposing tailored solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and commercial support for rooftop HVAC products to customers and sales teams.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product selections based on engineering specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support the external sales team with lead qualification, opportunity follow‑up, and customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate rooftop solutions to maximize customer value.
  • Participate in continuous learning on products, technologies, and market trends related to rooftop HVAC systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • High level of proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar inside sales, technical support, or HVAC-related role.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles; experience with rooftop units is a plus.
