We are hiring an IT Support Business Analyst to join the Residential and Supply IT team. This person will maintain overall responsibility for the IT support and performance within the manufacturing plant. They will act as liaison between our key business partners /stakeholders and multiple service delivery teams to manage and continuously improve the overall service delivery. Provide onsite break/fix support for IT assets. Follows and promotes defined incident management procedures including the use of standard ticket management tools. This individual will work closely with the business to provide functional system support and solutions as well as manage service levels with IT partners. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Oracle business processes. This role is vital in ensuring first-line on-site IT support, helping our organization support an award-winning software and services solution.

This position has been designated as On-Site. Location St. Peters, Missouri
What you will do:
• Support the SBU IT strategy and maintain a strong alignment with the business while delivering results for the site(s)
• Primary Liaison to local Business Stakeholders for major downtime and incident management/communications
• With a sense of urgency, monitor critical IT issues to ensure proper priority and interacting professionally with available resources (people, knowledge bases, documentation, 3rd party support) and leverage these to ensure issue resolution
• IT contact for the business regarding IT related information and project requests
• Provide onsite break/fix support for IT assets (pc’s, printers, etc.)
• Client computing lifecycle processes
• Support business/sector specific infrastructure and hands on activities of network and server infrastructure.
• Follow and promote defined incident management procedures including the use of standard ticket management tools.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and streamlining IT applications
• Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards
• Manage minor IT projects simultaneously with tight deadlines (resources, tasks, risks, stakeholder communications, project process compliance)
• Work with the business to create detailed requirements, business cases, and process documentation; create design flows and narratives, assist developers with technical design; monitor / perform testing and implement process changes
• Partnership between SBU and Enterprise Services initiatives
• As needed, support IT initiatives across other sites.
• Oracle eBusiness and WMS analytics.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field or equivalent
• 2+ years professional experience, preferably in IT, Engineering or Manufacturing Operations
• Project management and business analysis experience
• Business acumen around manufacturing processes
• Proven experience with on-site manufacturing and/or software implementations a plus
• Customer oriented and responsive - Must be willing to respond during off-hours
• Candidate should be comfortable interacting with all associate levels, from hourly shop floor operators to Executive Leadership Team
• Ability to work with onshore/offshore resource models for both projects and operations
• Technical acumen, including SQL, Data management tools, Oracle Database structure, etc…
• Experience with MES applications may be considered
• Oracle eBusiness and WMS experience preferred.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 72,000- 120,000
