IT Support Partner (EMEA region)

Job Summary:
- Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers and networking equipment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, with a focus on cyber-security best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems and infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide support for other office locations in Belgium, with some travel as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
- Proficiency in English and one of the national language in Belgium are mandatory, other European language is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications.
- Knowledge of servers, networking, and cyber-security is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- This role is based on-site at our facility in Brussels, Belgium.
- Some travel will be required to support other office locations.
