Janitorial Team Lead
Position Summary:
The Janitorial Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supervising janitorial operations at Trane Technologies in Pueblo, Colorado. This role ensures cleanliness, organization, and general cleanliness of the facility, including office spaces, bathrooms, and common areas. The Team Lead also oversees the beautification team, bailing, and clipping operations to support the operations of production.
Position Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead janitorial staff in daily cleaning and production tasks.
• Ensure trash and recyclables are collected and disposed of properly.
• Oversee cleaning of office spaces, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor and maintain janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage in coordination with Vallen.
• Coordinate and oversee beautification projects, including landscaping and facility upkeep.
• Manage bailing and clipping operations to ensure efficiency in assisting the production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Train and guide janitorial team members in best practices and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Collaborate with facility management to address cleanliness and maintenance concerns.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and work orders.
• Familiarity with waste disposal and recycling best practices.
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $24.99 - $34.43 Min to Max pay range
