Job Summary:
Trane Technologies Life Science Solutions Business is hiring for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical process guidance to customer service teammates as a subject matter expert. The Lead Customer Service Representative will support the customer service team by being a point of escalation to help resolve customer/technicians’ needs and issues and serve as a back-up to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
· Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
· Interacts and communicates with all Field Technicians to assign and dispatch.
· Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
· Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
· Generates work orders, quotes customers, creates purchase orders, and generates various reports.
Qualifications
· Certificate/degree from college or technical school with three (3) years related experience and/or training; or minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
· Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
· Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
· Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
· Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
· Familiarity with the refrigeration cycle
Base Pay Range: $52,500 to $70,500
This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
