This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our  Davidson, NC location 


Job Summary:
We are seeking an Enterprise Learning Instructional Designer to design, develop, and evaluate effective, innovative global learning solutions. In this role, you will play an integral part in developing our enterprise talent and driving business needs through your instructional design expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience creating scalable and sustainable learning using a variety of modalities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze learning needs and design scalable, effective solutions for a variety of target audiences that build capability and competencies to drive performance.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging and interactive content including storyboards, scripts, audio, video, simulations, assessments, and visual aids.
  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and gather feedback from learners and stakeholders.
  • Utilize learning management systems and other appropriate digital tools to deliver and track learning programs effectively.
  • Effectively manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design in a global or multi-cultural organization.
  • Experience in designing and developing learning modules for multiple delivery modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and mobile learning.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Understanding of SCORM packages to track learner progress and completion within a learning management system (LMS).
  • Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to support the instructional design process
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Base Compensation Range is $94,950 to $115,000
