· RUN AND MAINTAIN CNC MACHINES OF VARIOUS TYPES
· KEEP UP WITH PRODUCTION NEEDS
· MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS OF MACHINED PARTS
· PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS.
· MANAGE KANBAN REPLENISHMENT & KEEP ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION.
· CRANE, FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
· ASSIST WITH TRAINING IN MTIT PROGRAM
QUALIFICATIONS
- CERTIFICATION/DEGREE BUT CAN BE SUBSTITUED FOR YEARS OF WORK EXPERIANCE
- VERIFIABLE TRANE MACHINING CERTIFICATION AT TIME OF POSTING.
- 5 YEARS OF CNC AND TOOLING
- PRECISE MEASURING, CRANE, AND FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
- COMPUTER SKILLS
- DEMONSTRATED INTERACTION/COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED & ABLE TO MEET PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS WITH LITTLE SUPERVISON.
- ABILITY TO OPERATE A CNC TURNING CENTER WITH OKUMA CONTROL.
- MUST BE ADEPT IN PROGRAM EDITING & TROUBLE SHOOTING OF MACHINING PROBLEMS
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $21.80 – $30.03 (Based off Experience)
