We are looking for a talented Senior Product Engineer to facilitate the design and manufacturing of our current and next line of exciting products. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be working closely with the Design and Cross Functional Teams to create industry-relevant products that meet company specifications.
Job Summary:
Looking for Manager – Software Test who will be providing test support on the project agreements.
Key Competencies:
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Software Automated Systems.
- Work experience on 6+ Application Automation Testing projects from initial phases.
- Hands on experience or knowledge in Test Automation Equipment for Embedded Systems - Preferably Python Scripting.
- Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle Process and Test Methodologies.
- Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best.
- Effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Actively listening to team members, stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers and QA engineers.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Define testing methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure that software products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain QA processes and tools.
- Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Track and report on testing progress, metrics, and outcomes.
- Encourage innovation within the team to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Evaluate and select appropriate test automation tools and technologies.
- Ensure that defects are properly documented, prioritized, and addressed.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and assess risks related to software quality and testing.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate testing status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering. Background of Electronics/Instrumentation/Electricals/Computer science – Preferable.
