Job Summary:

Managing of technological projects - definition of the manufacturing and layout, setting of standard labor hours, definition and purchasing of machinery, equipment and tools, creation of Work Instructions, pFMEA, DPs, execution of Windchill, Oracle and TPV process.

 Responsibilities: 

        Managing of technological projects - definition of  the manufacturing and layout, setting of standard labor hours, definition and purchasing of machinery, equipment and tools, creation of Work Instructions, pFMEA, DPs, execution of Windchill, Oracle and TPV process

        Cooperation with design engineering – verification of design proposal, evaluation of manufacturability, proposing of design improvements (VAVE)

        Cooperation with production – training of employees for new processes/equipments, verification of technological discipline, solving of technological issues to ensure continuity of the production process

        Participate, support or manage cross-functional activities to implement new products and processes.

        Special process, tooling and equipment selection, standards definition, training of operators, support during audits

        Manage problem solving activities to reduce or eliminate waste. Monitor and track completion of process/product change activities conducted by other departments

        Continuous improvement of process (Quality, Productivity, EHS): Ensuring safety and ergonomics of the manufacturing process, elimination of the nonconformity risk,included risk assesment, definition and execution of corrective actions from internal and external audits, reduction of labor, material and energy consumption, elimination of waste in production and service processes

        Support change and deviation management activity

        Implementation of lean methods: (TPM, SMED, 5S, Pull system, Takt attainment)


Qualifications:
  •     1-3 years experience with manufacturing processes knowledge and experience with practical implementation of lean methods and problem solving tools, 6sigma Green Belt certification, good communication and presentation skills
  • Technical High school or University Degree

      •     PC proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), AutoCAD
