We are currently hiring a OneStream Developer and Administrator to join our Team.  This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of financial solutions using the OneStream XF platform.  This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen and strong problem-solving skills.  The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, IT and other business units to ensure that the OneStream platform meets organizational needs and is optimized for performance and scalability. The position will report to the Manager Strategic Financial Reporting Systems.


Where is the work:

This position has a Hybrid work schedule with work performed on-site in our Davidson campus 3-days each week.

What you will do:

  • Supports the OneStream operations, including general administration, maintenance, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and complete Integration of data from source systems to the financial systems through administration and validation of data.
  • Design and develop financial solutions using the OneStream XF platform.
  • Customize and configure OneStream applications to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance the functionality of OneStream applications.
  • Implement all approved metadata updates, including rules changes and utilizing a test application where necessary before moving updates into production.
  • Analyze processes to monitor and control data integrity, security, and associated Sarbanes-Oxley compliant controls.
  • Identify, develop, and deploy “best practices” to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, and delivery of critical and measurable project objectives.
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.

 
What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS (or related IT discipline) and at least 5 years of work experience with EPM systems is required.
  • Master’s Degree is preferred but is not required.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: OneStream, HFM, ePBCS/PBCS, EPMWare

Essential Skills or Competencies:

  • Knowledge of SQL,VB.net and relevant technologies, C# experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build a positive rapport with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with business process flow and cause-effect diagramming and analysis
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills


Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $73,900 - $152,400

Total compensation for this role will also include a bonus/incentive plan.  Disclaimer:  base pay range is based on US national averages.  Actual pay is a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
