Job Summary: The Lean OPEX Tech is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Improvement Opportunities:

·         Conduct comprehensive assessments and analyses to pinpoint areas for operational enhancement.

·         Utilize tools such as SWOT analysis, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies.

Lead Change Initiatives:

·         Develop and execute robust change management strategies to support the implementation of new processes and systems.

·         Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Facilitate Workshops and Training:

·         Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and seminars to educate employees on operational excellence principles and practices (A3, RIE’s, JDI’s, and 9SPS).

·         Develop training materials and resources to support learning and development.

Project Management:

·         Manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.

Data Analysis and Performance Measurement:

·         Utilize data-driven approaches to measure performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

·         Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

·         Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

·         Communicate effectively with senior management, department heads, and frontline employees.

Documentation and Reporting:

·         Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

·         Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:

·         High School Diploma plus three years manufacturing experience (preferably within a quality or operational excellence setting)

Experience:

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience (can be a combination) in manufacturing, operational excellence, process improvement, or change management roles.

·         Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives.

Certifications:

·         Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·         Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

·         Experience with data analysis and performance measurement.

·         Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office.
