Key Competencies:

·       Proficiency in project estimation and preparing bill of quantities (BOQ).

·       Strong knowledge of HVAC / MEP systems, equipment, and materials.

·       Excellent communication and people skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in HVAC project planning and execution.

·       Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in HVAC systems.

·       Software Proficiency- AutoCAD, MS Office

 

Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project team to gather relevant project information and specifications for cost estimation.

·       Collaborate with clients / consultants to get relevant approvals on the drawings / specifications.

·       Develop project schedules and plan for a HVAC project.

·       Review and evaluate technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and documents related to requests for quotation (RFQ).

·       Monitor the implementation of HVAC projects to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

·       Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates, taking into consideration materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead expenses.

·       Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier/vendor quotations to ensure competitive and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

·       Maintain up-to-date records of cost data, supplier pricing, and historical project cost information.

·       Vendor development based on requirement.

·       Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports related to project costs.

·       Conduct thorough rate analysis to assess and analyze the cost structures, ensuring accurate and detailed costing information.

Qualifications:

·       BE/B Tech Mechanical Engineering

·       Min. 6 - 8 years of experience in relevant field
