Job Summary:

·       Respond promptly to APRISO ANDON alerts and complete necessary actions.

·       Serve as a core team member for MDI, participating in JDI/9Steps/GEMBA walks and reporting on quality status.

·       Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, braze and weld issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

·       Create Quality Alerts to highlight good vs bad products.

·       Cross-train and support multiple chiller lines.

·       Collaborate with quality, manufacturing and engineering teams.

·       Address field quality issues (FQA’s) with immediate containment actions.

·       Conduct indoor and outdoor customer containment sorts/audits, regardless of minor weather conditions.

·       Be proficient with computers, multitasking, and using phone, laptop, email, Teams, texts, and ANDON systems.

·       Support MRB and perform repairs when possible, using hand tools and maintaining spare parts.

·       Utilize programs such as Windchill, Apriso, Oracle, MDP, and Excel.

·       Address quality questions based on FCAT/FCOD options and key operations.

·       Review and improve Apriso OMS Work Instructions with manufacturing engineering support.

·       Train others to build quality products and support customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and drawings.

·       Familiarity with quality measurement tools, including dimensional and electrical measuring equipment.  Good manual dexterity and experience with hand tools

·       Strong mechanical aptitude and Basic understanding of electrical laws

·       Basic understanding of refrigeration cycle

·       Good communication skills, customer first attitude, and ability to share information and coach others.

·       Proficiency with computers and the Windows operating environment

·       2-year technical degree or relevant experience (EOL test) a plus but not required

·       Willingness to work all shifts and flex to meet customer demand.  Some overtime will be required.

 

2025 Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $24.01 – $30.78 Based on experience.
