Rental Project Manager
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Activate, control and follow up on rental projects. Constantly check the status of the fleet (location and check of the units, warehouse oversight and planning for necessary maintenance and spare parts)
- Travel to job sites to perform inspections / site visit before releasing quotes
- Coordinate in-country logistics and shipments of units, components, and accessories. Collaborate with transportation companies, communicate with customers, and follow up on all deliveries of units and accessories.
- Order parts for the jobs, for stock, and maintain the expected level of stock.
- Overview commissioning activities and site coordinating subcontractors / CATs to perform required activities, such as F-Gas certification or start-up, etc.
- Coordinate all activities after rental contract termination. Inform the Rental Leader of rental projects nearing termination to solicit possible extensions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for rental customers needing support to resolve issues (initial/first problem assessment), including emergency phone support (in coordination with the Rental Leader). Involve the Service team for necessary activities.
- Technical Knowledge: 1-2 years of experience in the rental industry and basic HVAC knowledge
- Independence: Mature approach to work with the ability to work independently
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Computer Literacy: High computer literacy, including proficiency in various systems and programs, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Data Management: Ability to handle high volumes of data efficiently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Initiative: Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and work remotely for up to 60% of your time is essential
