Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Trane commercial Unitary products lifecycle and portfolio management for MM and EM

Work with country Marketing and Sales teams to identify new business opportunities to build competitive product support for MM and EM

Work with related stakeholders including regional Product Management, ISC, Sales, Services, Engineering and Procurement to Develop product strategies and go to market plans, in-depth involvement in NPD process, commercialization and engaging in MM and  EM to support SBU strategic growth

Work with pricing management team to develop pricing strategy and value-based pricing to build up product selling strategy definition capability in RoAP

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or above (HVAC or related); MBA or equivalent preferred
  2. 10+ years of experience in product management, product planning, product promotion with the same background
  3. Ability to foresee market trends and propose solutions; analyze industry dynamics with a view to developing practical strategies; anticipate emerging issues that have the potential to impact revenue and profits
  4. Knowledge of Trane HVAC products and competitor products
  5. Experience in driving aligned actions through groups that do not directly report to them.
  6. Product management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.
  7. Capable of working as a team player or independently
  8. Strong communication and Fluent English in Speaking and Writing
  9. Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter
