Responsibilities:
• Promote and propose Trane Contracting Solutions to potential customers
• Developing & building long term customer relationships
• Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
• Working closely with other departments to come out with most appropriate solutions to customers
• Submitting the competitive tender within timeline
• Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred choice
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
• Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2-4 years in Engineering/ Construction sales
• Experience in HVAC industry will be an added advantage
• Customer driven mindset
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
