Job Summary:

·       Providing the full range of HVAC system offering especially in high efficiency chiller plant.

·       Managing sales, bid activities and internal approval process.

·       Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze bidding requirement and develop technical proposal of HVAC solutions.

·       Develops bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, participates in negotiating with potential customers and maintains customer relationship to win projects.

·       Interact with external clients at middle to senior levels.

·       Develop sales opportunities in the market through both Trane installed base and new customers.

·       Direct responsible to the sales target and develop the project pipeline for sustainable growth.

·       Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers.

·       Maximize profitability utilizing value selling to develop a strong order intake planning.

·       Develop in-depth customer understanding identifying areas Trane can bring greatest value within the product/solution portfolio as of a total business solution provider.

·       Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence teams.

·       Develop and maintain ‘Growth Strategy Plan’ with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

·       At least 3-5 years of HVAC sales/design/project execution/ EPC or any engineering related to its direct working experience.

·       Good positive mindset with full of energy and passion.

·       Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills with a strong team player characteristic.

·       Fluent in English for business communication in both writing and speaking with ability to work with international team or clients.
