Job Summary: 

Responsibilities: 

·       Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solution of HVAC system

·       Follow up with customers’ feedback to give advices on technical specifications

·       Cooperate with Application team to propose solution for existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system

·       Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedule

·       Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects

·       Prepare sales and order forecast and reports

·       Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue

·       Report to C&C Manager.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university

·       Min. of 2 years combined working experience in the areas of Consultant, Contractor, or related Airside is preferable.

·       Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R) fundamentals, system engineering, Energy Solutions, as well as air system applications.

·       Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.

·       Availability to travel for business purposes as needed.

·       Experience with Trane Select Assist (TSA), Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad.

·       Active personality with analytical mind, Proactive, Team Player, Customer-oriented and Service-minded, good attitude, Positive Thinking.

·       Have good connections with Direct & Industrial customers.

·       Having a mindset/competence to drive direct sales activity.

·       Enthusiasm and teamwork.

·       Working location: HCM / HN
