Sales Engineer – Equipment and Service (m/w/d/)

Location: Tirol

 

Trane Austria is growing and we are looking for a new Sales Engineer to join our team. Your will focus on growing the sales of new equipment and service products by developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts in Tirol region.

 

Responsibilities

·       Customer & order acquisition for new equipment sales and service products

·       Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

·       Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance

·       Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level

·       Timely tracking and reporting of opportunities in Trane’s customer database

·       Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable

·       Present the proposal to the customer

·       Follows up with purchasing process stakeholders

·       Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer

·       Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on new customer acquisition and service development

 

Requirements

·       Experience in HVAC refrigeration technology

·       Industrial sales experience (preferably HVAC business) will be a plus  

·       Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation - Builds effective customer relationships that enable consultative selling approach to sell products, services and solutions

·       Relationship and Trust Building – being able to build intimacy and trust so the customers will share details of their business.

·       Team Player – works well with others; strives not only to achieve individual goals but a common one

·       Fluent German and min. B2 English

·       MS Office, Outlook

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,208 gross per month, with the willingness to overpay according to experience and training.
