Job Summary:
 
Responsible for leading a team of account managers (AMs) to achieve their target for HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment sales.  In addition, responsible for growing margin, growing market share, and improving customer satisfaction across the District. This postion can be remote within a region. Open to candidates in Utah, Colorado and California.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for the marketing and sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local marketing and sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity.
  • Lead and manage the Sales Management Excellence (SMX) and Sales Process Excellence (SPX) processes with the sales team. 
  • Sales Leader will effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.
  • Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching.  Key objectives/metrics include: Business Mix, Strategic Account Growth, New Customer Growth, and Big Rock goal achievement.
  • Manage the local district marketing calendar and lead local district marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for developing business plans with District management teams.
  • Responsible for developing key industry relationships within local markets.  Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic customer and independent HVAC-related Associations.  Participation in related local events to support Supply sales growth.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Four-year college degree preferred
  • 5 years of HVAC industry sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Overall knowledge of HVAC distribution and dealer sales, service, installation preferred
  • Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $99,000 – 150,000

Additional Compensation: Bonus
